Vobox provides digital services and features with the option to subscribe to premium plans that unlock additional capabilities.
The website is available 24/7. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates without prior notice.
Some services require creating an account. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
Additional features are accessible through paid monthly subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed on the subscription page before any purchase.
4.2 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month on the same date. Your payment method will be automatically charged the current subscription amount.
4.3 Cancellation
You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date.
4.4 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a full refund, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@vo.box.
4.5 Payment
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Vobox does not store your banking information.
4.6 Price changes
In case of a price change, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may then cancel free of charge before the new price comes into effect.
All content on the site (text, images, graphics, logos, source code) is the exclusive property of Vobox. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Vobox is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or its services.
Vobox may update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the revised terms.
